That’s right, pitchforks and over-alls…. we now operate a ‘Vertical Modular Farm”. It is located beside our clubhouse and grows fresh produce and ingredients for our menu. The Farm walls sprouts greens out of columns, such as; Kale, Swiss Chard, Thai Basil, Spinach, Butter Lettuce and micro-greens. We guarantee the freshest and healthiest dishes you will find anywhere… just try the Kale Salad – absolutely incredible! We grow around-the-clock with hydroponic lighting in a contained environment for a daily harvest. AND, get ready for it… no pesticides… we are 100% pesticide-free.
