Equity Membership
Individual Equity
With the focus of becoming a full equity member golf club, innovative faetures have been introduced to provide more member benefits, flexibility and incredible family options. Every privilege under the sun, plus you may sell or transfer your share at anytime. Please see 'Features'.
Corporate Select Equity
Also a transferable equity membership, but each season the company may select a new principal player who receives either:
1) equity privileges and unlimited play for him or herself; or
2) equity privileges and 40 green fee vouchers to share with clients, family and friends.

Payment Plan. No interest. No fees. $7,000 or greater deposit, plus the GST. ($388 over 36 months on a $7000 deposit). |
All Inclusive Equity
A limited number of all-inclusive memberships offer an incredible savings ($20,000) for one upfront payment. One payment and you're set for 5 years of golf! 5 years!
Family All-Inclusive* $31,000
Includes: 5 years dues, cart, range, locker & club storage for the principal member ($3,000/year = $15,000). Plus a $5,000 credit towards family dues. (Therefore, total value added is $20,000). Any unused credit is tranferable with a re-sale.
Corporate All-inclusive* $35,000
Includes: 5 years dues, cart, range & private locker for the principal member
($3,000/year = $15,000 value) or 40 transferable green fee vouchers with cart, per year, for 5 years. Plus a $5,000 credit on account to entertain staff, friends & clients. (Therefore, total value added is $20,000, plus the yearly voucher option). Any unused credit is transferable with a re-sale.
