Family Options
The BEST family membership in Calgary…spouse and children have NO age restrictions. A child may opt in as a yearly member under the parent membership regardless if they are 5, 25, 35, or 55.
Juniors – Unrestricted!
Juniors aged 13 – 18 currently have NO playing time restrictions. Once a Junior gains approval for pace and etiquette standards, a Junior may golf with his or her parent member(s) anytime.
Member discounts
Members receive a 10% discount off: Pro Shop merchandise, clubhouse menu items and green fees for guests. Your friends & clients are more than welcome! Currently NO restricted times for guest play.
Liquidity
Membership shares may be transferred or sold privately as per the Club’s Articles.
Cash Call Protection
Management may not call a levy prior to the sale of 200 memberships. Even then, Management must pay a portion for any ‘unusual maintenance expense’ (vandalism, natural disaster, etc.) until the Club reaches 450 members. In short, Management shares in the percentage difference between the then actual number of members and the 450 member capacity. The 3-year AMES GOLF GROUP Improvement Plan will not require a cash call from members.
Price & Payment
With the Improvement Plan underway, we have the most attractive price, payment options and upside in the Calgary market. We reserve the right to adjust the asking price without notice.
Member Referral Program
We want to grow our base with more great members and move swiftly towards a full member golf club. We offer our members a $1,000 credit for any potential member introduced and closed by our Sales Team. $1,000!
