The Estate Membership

The ESTATE membership will allow a child 25 or older to continue to golf under the parent's membership by simply paying an annual due. In the future, the membership may be privately sold or transferred to the same child, for the applicable transfer fee. This is attractive as it now provides an opportunity for family members to golf together longer and families can join forces and golf under one equity umbrella.
