The Architect

The route design was done by Rod Whitman, who also designed the renowned Wolf Creek Golf Resort in Central Alberta. The sculpting of Springbank Links focused on preserving the existing landscape, exposing a unique, exciting layout that was selected by the Royal Canadian Golf Association to host the 2001 “Canadian Club Champions Championship”. Total yardage from the forward tees is 5180 and stretches back to 6777 from the tips (pro tees).
